Warm Up - 5 Minutes
Run 4 Minutes, Walk 2 Minutes, Run 6 Minutes, Walk 3 Minutes, Run 4 Minutes - 19 Minutes
Cool Down - 5 Minutes
I have to go in a bit early to work and I was freezing, so I thought I'd get my workout out of the way this morning :)
Warm Up - 5 Minutes - 3 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph (.35)
Run 4 Min. @ 7.2 mph, Walk 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph, Run 6 Min. @ 7 mph, Walk 3 Min. @ 4.3 mph, Run 4 Min. @ 7.2 mph (2.02)
Cool Down - 5 Minutes - 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph, 1 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 1 Min. @ 4.1 mph, 1 Min. @ 4 mph (.34)
Not too shabby and I didn't actually feel TERRIBLE during the run portions :) I will say that I did, however, sweat like a BEAST! Finished my run and did my leg workout from BodBot and now waiting to stop sweating so I can shower and get ready for work. *woot*woot*
