Warm Up - 5 Minutes
Run 4 Minutes, Walk 2 Minutes, Run 6 Minutes, Walk 3 Minutes, Run 4 Minutes - 19 Minutes
Cool Down - 5 Minutes
It is Friday, May 3rd, 2013. It is snowing outside right now. I treadmill-ed my run.
Warm Up - 5 Minutes - 3 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph (.35)
Run 4 Min. @ 7.2 mph, Walk 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph, Run 6 Min. @ 7 mph, Walk 3 Min. @ 4.3 mph, Run 3 Min. @ 7.2 mph, Run 1 Min. @ 8 mph (2.03)
Cool Down - 5 Minutes - 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph, 1 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 1 Min. @ 4.1 mph, 1 Min. @ 4 mph (.35)
Run felt...off. My rib is still bothering me, but there isn't much I can do about that :( Oh, well. I can see I'm getting better each day :) I did my BodBot workout after and sweat (again!) like a BEAST. I think I might try a longer, slower run this week since I do have a 5k race next Sunday...hmmm...
