Couch to 5k 2013 - W3D1


Couch to 5k Week 3 Day 1
Warm Up - 5 Minutes
Run 3 Minutes, Walk 2 Minutes, Run 90 Seconds, Walk 2 Minutes - 15 Minutes
Cool Down - 5 Minutes

I was sore from yesterday, but decided to get a jump on this weeks runs!

Warm Up - 5 Minutes - 1 Min. @ 4 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.1 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.2 mph (.34)
Run 3 Min. @ 7.5 mph, Walk 2 Min. @ 4.2 mph, Run 90 Sec. @ 7.5 mph, Walk 2 Min. @ 4.2 mph
Run 3 Min. @ 7.5 mph, Walk 2 Min. @ 4.3 mph, Run 90 Sec. @ 7.7 mph (1.55)
Cool Down - 5 Minutes - 2 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.1 mph, 1 Min. @ 4 mph (.34 miles)

It went pretty well.  I was glad I pushed myself through running at 7.5 mph for a longer period of time.  It is tough for me because I am normally slower than dirt, but I'm glad I'm doing it.
