Cool Down - 5 Minutes - 2 Min. @ 4.2 mph, 2 Min. @ 4.1 mph, 1 Min. @ 4 mph (.34 miles)
Started off a bit rough, but went okay after a bit. My right knee was getting a little tight, but it was fine. I REALLY wanted to kick down my runs to, like, 7 mph, but I'm doing this to push myself so I wouldn't let my fat finger poke just the 7 on the tread. I did it!

And I spent a good chunk of that 5k thinking about what happened yesterday. I don't even know how to process how screwed up people are...
