8 Mile...The Run, Not the Movie


Monday night, I completed my 8 mile run!!!  On the treadmill (scary storms were a-brewin').

See that dip around mile 6?

Had to pause my workout for a quick three-minute potty break...

Yeah...running clears ya out...

TMI...I know.
